Job Title: ServiceNow Pre-Sales Lead
Location: Remote - Part time

Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned ServiceNow Pre-Sales Lead to drive solutioning and client engagement for enterprise ServiceNow initiatives. This role is ideal for a technically strong individual with architect-level ServiceNow certifications and a proven track record in technical sales, solution consulting, and platform implementation. You will work closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to design tailored ServiceNow solutions that address client business challenges and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Strategy & Client Engagement
Lead technical discovery, requirement analysis, and solution demonstrations to articulate business value to prospects and customers.
Collaborate with sales and account teams to shape opportunities, define scope, and develop winning proposals and presentations.
Translate complex client needs into scalable, robust ServiceNow solution architectures that align with industry best practices.
Technical Solutioning & Architecture
Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, and custom applications.
Serve as the technical authority on ServiceNow capabilities, platform design, data architecture, and integration strategies.
Guide technical teams in estimating effort, identifying delivery risks, and ensuring successful handoff to implementation.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Thought Leadership
Engage and influence senior client stakeholders including CIOs, IT Directors, and ServiceNow Product Owners.
Act as a trusted advisor during sales cycles and participate in executive briefings, POCs, and roadmap discussions.
Stay current on the latest ServiceNow capabilities and contribute to internal enablement, playbooks, and go-to-market strategies.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years hands-on in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.
Demonstrated success in a pre-sales, solution engineering, or solution architect role for enterprise clients.
Deep knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules and their configuration, customization, and integration.
Experience building and presenting complex technical solutions that result in deal wins.
Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
