Position: Java Backend Developer
Location: Plano, Tx -Hybrid
Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Description:
We are seeking a Backend Developer with strong experience in Java and Node.js to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and efficient backend services supporting enterprise-grade applications.

Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy backend APIs and microservices using Java and Node.js.
Collaborate with front-end, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration.
Enhance application performance and scalability across distributed environments.
Write efficient and maintainable code following industry best practices.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support as needed.
Work on RESTful API integrations and backend workflows.

Required Skills:

3 6 years of experience in backend development.
Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, and REST API design.
Hands-on experience with Node.js (Express or similar frameworks).
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of object-oriented design and microservice architecture.

Good to Have:

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
Experience with message queues or event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
