RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Service Delivery Specialist in Acton, MA.
Overview
We are looking for a hands-on IT Service Delivery Specialist to support daily operations across North America as part of a global IT team. You will provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support to users-troubleshooting hardware, software, mobile devices, and network issues-while helping drive improvements in productivity and customer satisfaction. This role supports both local and remote users and contributes to IT projects as needed. You will work with secure, scalable technologies and help enforce cybersecurity and compliance standards (HIPAA, SOX, etc.) in a regulated environment.
Key Tasks:
* Provide technical support to users across departments and locations
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
* Manage service desk requests and documentation
* Support endpoint provisioning and access management
* Collaborate with IT systems and cybersecurity teams
* Contribute to continuous improvement of IT service delivery
REQUIREMENTS:
* 1+ years of hands-on Service Desk experience
* Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android
* Familiarity with endpoint management tools (SCCM, AirWatch)
* Understanding of secure endpoint technologies and IAM
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* ITIL, ServiceNow, or other relevant certifications are a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
