Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Greater Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will collaborate across departments to support project execution, optimize enterprise software connections, and streamline reporting processes. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in business analysis and database management, with a proven ability to develop and enhance technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate detailed and effective training sessions on company software and create comprehensive training materials.

Collaborate with various departments to manage all phases of assigned projects.

Design, implement, and maintain integrations between enterprise software systems (ERP systems)

Develop, update, and refine database schemas, stored procedures, and views using Microsoft SQL Server.

Create and modify advanced reports using tools such as SSRS and Crystal Reports.

Build automated processes by developing and managing specialized packages.

Provide assistance with IT helpdesk support when required.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and related technologies, including SSRS.

Experience with database management and reporting tools such as Crystal Reports.

Ability to design and maintain database schemas, stored procedures, and views.

Familiarity with enterprise software systems (ERP systems)

Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-departmental work.
