Who you are:

As an IT Program Manager I, you will implement and maintain program initiatives of medium complexity that have impact across the bank with a variety of stakeholders, organizations and projects. More than that, this role is about constant improvement and doing so with our signature all-win approach in mind.

What you'll do:
  • Develop program implementation approach and road map based on program vision articulated by project sponsor and key stakeholders
  • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for program deliverables and workstreams
  • Manage risks, issues & dependencies and maintain a RAID log to maximize delivery efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and provide oversight of program status to Senior leaders and work across project workstreams to prioritize and resolve high priority issues requiring escalation
  • Work productively and positively with a wide range of individuals including project managers, key organizational leaders, resource managers and stakeholders
  • Use effective project and program management methodology and techniques to enable the success of the program
  • Develop and use assessment tools to evaluate and improve stakeholder satisfaction and program quality
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 5+ years in an advanced technical project management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management disciplines
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications (MS Project)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Additional Preferred Skills:
  • Master's degree in relevant field
  • Experience managing projects in multiple methodologies (predictive/waterfall, hybrid, and agile)
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
  • Agile Certification (CSM or PMI-ACP)
  • Program Management Professional Certification (PgMP)
  • Change Management Certification (Prosci)
  • Demonstrated experience in providing policy, strategic and operational advice, and recommendations at a senior level
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement on complex and high-profile issues
  • Knowledge of software engineering disciplines
  • Lean Six Sigma Certifications (LSSGB, LSSYB, LSSBB, LSS Champion)
