Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and define business requirements for Guidewire PolicyCenter and Producer Engagement Portal implementations
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications
Facilitate workshops with business users to refine workflows and system functionality
Document user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for development teams
Support QA and UAT efforts by validating test cases and ensuring functional accuracy
Collaborate with developers and architects to align solutions with business goals
Optimize policy administration workflows for efficiency and scalability
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Guidewire best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Guidewire certification in PolicyCenter
Insurance domain certifications (AINS, CPCU, or equivalent)
6-8 years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst in Guidewire PolicyCenter and Producer Engagement Portal
Strong knowledge of P&C insurance processes, including policy administration and producer engagement workflows
Experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management
Understanding of Guidewire Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) functionality and customization capabilities
Ability to write SQL queries for data validation and reporting analysis
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of integration strategies for Guidewire applications
Experience with Guidewire Cloud solutions
