Our direct client in Fairfield, NJ, (you must be local) is seeking a FTE for a Real Green & PestPac - SME

This will be hybrid. Ideally looking for someone local.

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and hands-on Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Real Green and PestPac to support our business operations, drive system optimization, and act as a liaison between end users and technical teams.

  • Serve as the primary internal expert for Real Green and PestPac platforms.
  • Evaluate and optimize current workflows, data structures, and automation features within each system.
  • Support and train end-users across departments to ensure efficient system usage and adherence to best practices.
  • Liaise with software vendors for troubleshooting, escalations, and system enhancement requests.
  • Assist with data migration, system integration, and reporting between Real Green, PestPac, and other business platforms (e.g., CRMs, payment gateways, marketing tools).
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to reduce inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations to support new feature rollouts and system upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with data accuracy, security policies, and documentation standards.
  • Hands-on experience working with Real Green and/or PestPac (both preferred).
