Job Details
Job Title:Credit Risk Consultant Location:Chicago, IL or San Jose, CA (Hybrid preferred)
We're seeking an experienced analytics professional to join our premier consulting client's Banking & Financial Services practice. This role combines technical hands-on modeling and client-facing delivery to drive data-driven risk and credit strategy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of credit risk modeling projects (PD, LGD)
- Coordinate project workstreams and manage offshore collaboration
- Develop and validate machine learning models in Python, SQL, PySpark
- Communicate analytical findings to senior stakeholders and clients
- Build capability in junior team members
Qualifications:
- 4 6 years of experience in banking risk analytics or model development
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, Hive
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Master's or Bachelor's in a quantitative discipline
