Job Details
American Computer Services Inc. is hiring a Senior Project Manager who can drive large, complex projects in the Financial Services, Insurance, or Retirement sector.
YOU MUST have:
- Extensive experience building relationships and collaborating across all organizational levels, with a proven track record of influencing executive leadership and engaging key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Proven Project Management experience with strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and deliver complex business initiatives on time and within budget.
Required Experience
- Significant experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Retirement industries.
- Experience with MS Office suite and project management tools, including hands-on experience with ServiceNow PPM for planning and tracking business initiatives.
- Experience communicating with and presenting to senior management, translating project objectives into tangible business outcomes.
- Experience coordinating and facilitating both small working sessions and large-scale stakeholder meetings with diverse business audiences.
- Strong planning and organizational capabilities, with expertise in implementing structured project methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent business priorities while effectively leading and developing project teams across various functional areas.
- Expert analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business risks, develop mitigation strategies, and make informed decisions that drive results.
As the Project Manager, you will:
- Follow the Strategic Planning Office processes and templates for delivery.
- Own the overall project plan and drive accountability across all business delivery workstreams:
- Requirements, Development, Testing, UAT, and Business Readiness.
- Oversee change control processes, ensuring all business modifications are properly evaluated, approved, and communicated to stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary liaison with executive leadership and key stakeholders, providing transparent communication on project status, business risks, and outcomes.

Education/Certifications
