Job Description:

The individual will have the opportunity to help shape the future direction. This role will provide thought leadership, professional support and valued contributions to a range of production support, development and project activities. We are looking for an experienced professional, who has a breadth of knowledge and skills across various technical acumens, along with an understanding of industry best practices.

The right person will develop a deep understanding of the platform's usage and consumption, continuously advocate for automation and process efficiency, and where necessary challenge and influence management to take actions to appropriately utilize the systems.

This individual will be responsible for design, deployment, configuration and maintenance of CyberArk Privilege Cloud and Conjur Enterprise in a global environment. The successful individual will be a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player who enjoys working against aggressive delivery goals in a fast-paced, dynamic and technically complex environment. This individual will also enjoy building and maintaining cross-organization relationships, drive process simplification and end-user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • CyberArk Privilege Cloud including but not limited to support and maintenance of; Conjur Enterprise, Credential Providers, Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Privileged Session Manager for SSH, and Central Policy Manager (CPM).
  • Responsible for Privileged User account administration of various Windows and UNIX accounts using CyberArk components
  • Integrating various platforms with CyberArk, such as different LDAP providers, Windows servers, UNIX servers, Databases and networking Devices
  • Creating and managing safes, platforms and Owners
  • Central Policy Manager (CPM) policies management or redistribution
  • Knowledge of CPM and PSM connector customization
  • Perform health check monitoring on all CyberArk severs to ensure consistent availability of system to end user
  • Interpretation and analysis of corporate security standards and baselines
  • Maintain platform design diagrams and user support documentation
  • Create security reports used for troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Assist architects/engineers to collect data and generate reports per specifications
  • Test and certify new product versions, bug fix and provide detailed reports
  • Develop and execute test plans
  • Produce and maintain metrics & reporting

Required Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of overall IT experience with 3 or more years in Cybersecurity
  • A minimum of 5+ years of direct experience supporting the CyberArk suite of products and infrastructure with a background in deployment & implementation of Privileged Identity Management and Conjur/DAP solutions for large scale customers

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Math/Physics
  • Strong experience with CPM/PSM connector configuration and deployment
  • CyberArk Sentry, Defender, or Guardian certification
  • Familiarity with managing a CyberArk infrastructure deployed on VMware or AWS
  • Experienced in Windows automation (.Net, VB Scripting, PowerShell, Administrative scripting)

  • Ability to document installation procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), etc.
  • Understanding typical Enterprise Change Management processes. Specific usage of ServiceNow is a bonus.
  • Experience with human versus non-human (service and bot) accounts
  • Strong communication skills
