Job Description

Senior Systems Analyst, P2D-IWD, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Erlanger KY. Analyze business processes and develop, document, and deliver end-to-end SAP processes and systems solutions as part of the IT delivery team. Participate in design workshops and deployment of end-to-end integrated solutions, providing knowledge of industry best practices and application of global SAP implementation experience. Document fit/gap analysis and design decisions ensuring deviations have sufficient business justification and positive value proposition. Complete functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflow (RICEFW). Collaborate with 3rd party vendor and development team members during solution design, development, and ongoing support to ensure functional specifications adhere to needed quality. Complete system configuration work. Provide input to architecture, security and data standards, and role bases security designs and solutions. Provide regular status updates to management for assigned projects.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering (any), or a related field, and five (5) years of post-bachelor's, progressive, related work experience.

Must have five (5) years of experience with/in:
  • SAP EWM or WM modules; and
  • SAP solutions covering the following: definition of warehouse structures, picking and put away strategies, transfer orders, RF integration, batch management, handling unit management, pallet labels, cross docking, slotting, yard management, tolling, and external warehouse integration.

Must have experience/knowledge within/in
  • Dealing with key integration areas in Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing;
  • Integrating Decentralized EWM with PP, TM, and QM Modules;
  • Implementing S4 HANA to maintain inventory and increase warehouse efficiency; and
  • Completing at least two (2) full lifecycle SAP deployments.

Up to 10% domestic and/or international travel required.

Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
