Location: Denver Tech Center


Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite)


Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire


Salary: $105k - $150k (depending on experience) + bonus + equity program



As a senior product owner for Infrastructure and backend, you will define, prioritize, and communicate product goals and requirements related to but not limited to:


Agent & Skill Building,


Agentic Automation,


Prompt Building,


Machine Learning,


Chatbot Experience,


AI Assisted Development,


and any other emerging technologies related to AI



Aligns features with business objectives, executes the product roadmap to meet market needs, and adapts to industry trends. Translates business needs into clear and actionable user stories and features. Works closely with cross-functional teams-such as platform engineering, partner community, marketing and customer success-to ensure that solutions are delivered efficiently and meet user expectations.



Job Responsibilities:


Refines the product backlog, ensuring alignment with long-term product vision while maximizing customer value and product strategy.


Improves the quality of user stories and acceptance criteria by ensuring clarity, completeness, and readiness for development.


Manages the release backlog, collaborating closely with the product management team to make informed trade-off decisions that optimize value within resource constraints.


Leads backlog refinement activities, contributing expertise in story timing and sizing to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.


Gathers stakeholder feedback to influence priorities in the backlog and current features being implemented.


Participates in release launch activities such as creation of release notes, release note videos and knowledge transfer sessions to various teams across the company.


Gathers and defines success metrics to validate features are meeting stakeholder needs.


Researches emerging trends and technologies within the AI space.


Drives competitive research to understand our target market.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in computer or management information systems, computer science or related field.

  • Solid understanding and with AI concepts, frameworks, and technologies.

  • Preferred hands-on experience customizing or building agentic flows.

  • Prior hands-on experience (1+ years) developing and delivering business solutions using our No-Code platform.

  • A proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and evolving industry trends and standards.

  • Strong ability to work on multiple initiatives and prioritize work accordingly.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Requires a detail-oriented approach and strong analytical capabilities.
