Robert Half is seeking a Digital Project Manager with a keen eye for process and compliance, a facility for open communication, and vigilance for meeting deadlines and staying within project budgets. The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for facilitating project status meetings, developing clear and detailed digital project plans and managing all assigned projects. Major responsibilities
- Manage work and input from a variety of stakeholders
- Hand out project tasks to employees best positioned to complete them
- Adjust project targets and schedules as budgets or needs change
- Make effective decisions regarding a project's next steps when presented with multiple options
- Keep track of project budgets and expenditures
- Collaborate with multiple departments that are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in sync
- Oversee the completion of digital marketing projects from planning through implementation
- Ensure projects align with executive and/or board member goals
- Perform quality control on projects throughout development to maintain standards
- Adhere to deadlines, set targets for milestones, and develop long- and short-term plans
- Own and facilitate project status meetings
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage and execute multiple digital projects
- Prior experience coordinating across multifunctional teams, including marketing/communications, creative, sales and IT, as well as outside agencies
- Organization and time-management skills
- Experience managing creation of websites from scratch
- Experience working within project management tools and software
- Understanding of design and prototyping tools
