As a Senior Business Analyst, you will analyze processes, elicit requirements from business and IT users, and support the transition to cloud development. You will contribute to modernization efforts across Technology and the Private Client Group (PCG) with high partner visibility and exposure to many lines of business. The Opportunity:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will analyze processes, elicit requirements from business and IT users, and support the transition to cloud development. The Day-to-Day:
- Perform requirement elicitation and present deliverables (including logic flow charts and process diagrams [UML], User Stories, API specifications, File specifications [csv, JSON, other types] and Business Rules)
- Manage product backlogs and roadmaps for multiple COTS and custom applications with extensive integration
- Recommend technical and process-based solutions after analysis of our state, risks, pain points and opportunities
- Independently lead and guide activities throughout the SDLC process (including idea intake, requirements development, bug assessment, UAT, and change management)
- Work with internal and external resources (including VAR, Vendor, Custodian and Consulting) to work on projects and to provide operational and incident support according to Service level agreement
- Develop relationships with partners across the enterprise (including those involved with Business Analysis, Process Optimization, Training, Risk Management, Information Security, Regulatory Compliance, Data and Infrastructure)
- Mature into a domain expert that understands how ECM fits within the larger Fisher Technology ecosystem
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting a software application development organization
- Skills managing complexity and coordinate across several departments under strict timelines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- $120,000 - $155,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
