Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for Oracle JD Edwards (EnterpriseOne/World) projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

  • Manage technical delivery across development, integration, migration, and customization of JDE applications.

  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure deliverables align with business objectives.

  • Oversee JDE CNC administration, technical architecture, and performance optimization.

  • Collaborate with Oracle, vendors, and third-party partners for issue resolution and system enhancements.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

  • Ensure compliance with project governance, documentation, and reporting standards.

  • Manage risks, issues, and change requests proactively.

  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project team members.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Project/Program Management.

  • Strong background in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne / World (Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Supply Chain modules).

  • Proven experience in JDE upgrades, CNC administration, integrations, and technical customizations.

  • Solid understanding of Oracle database, middleware, and infrastructure.

  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (preferred).

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP or Hybrid JDE + Oracle Cloud solutions.

  • Knowledge of BI Publisher, Orchestrator, EDI, and other JDE tools.

  • Experience in managing global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
