• SAP CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) Lead
  Duration: 6 - 12 Months+
  Location: Remote
  Experience in the new versions of S/4 COPA features, not the old COPA features.
  Experience in the latest S/4 COPA and Cost Allocations, strong in the new Allocation processes and configurations, not the traditional Allocation methods. From S/4 HANA 2020 release, SAP has made big changes in SAP COPA application.
  SAP COPA experience in S/4 HANA latest versions on all below items:- (MUST)
• Used KEA5 for char addition.
• Experience in the CF or the Append Structure approaches.
• Top-Down Distribution for Revenue.
• Attributed PSG.
• Concept of Batch derivations.
• FSV for Margin Analysis, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP CO-PA solutions, with a focus on Cost and Revenue Allocations.
• Build and manage Allocation cycles (assessment, distribution, top-down etc.) to support Profitability and Cost Analysis.
• Contribute to S/4HANA Migration efforts, with a focus on CO-PA data structures and configurations.
• Collaborate with Finance and Controlling stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into system designs.
• Conduct gap analysis, create functional specifications, and work with ABAP developers.
• Perform system testing including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot issues in production environments and provide end-user support.
• Maintain system documentation and ensure configuration consistency across environments.

Required Skills:

• 5-10 years of experience focused in SAP CO-PA configuration in recent projects.
• Worked on S/4HANA latest versions with new COPA features.
• Experience in the new Allocation processes in COPA (assessment, distribution, top-down etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of Profitability segments, Value fields, and Characteristics.
• Familiar with Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Reporting hierarchies.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps and Analytics in SAP Controlling (CO) space.
• Exposure to SAP BW/BI tools for Profitability Reporting.
• SAP Certifications in SAP Controlling (CO) module, and S/4HANA Finance.
• Exposure to SAP PaPM (Profitability and Performance Management), is a plus
