We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and experienced Permanent Project Manager for our Geotechnical Engineering department. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing complex geotechnical engineering projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical engineering, with a specific focus on madd grading, deep foundations, ground improvement, and excavation support.

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of geotechnical engineering projects, including planning, design, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
2. Professional Engineering (P.E.) license is required.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing geotechnical engineering projects, with a proven track record of successful project completion.
4. Expertise in madd grading, deep foundations, ground improvement, and excavation support.
5. Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles, techniques, and industry standards.
6. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
8. Proficiency in using project management and geotechnical engineering software.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues effectively and efficiently.
10. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.
