Job Description:
  • Associate's degree in business or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 3 5 years of experience in customer service, including resolving problems and responding to inquiries about company programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Proven ability to tactfully resolve moderately complex customer issues.
  • Processes incoming orders with limited supervision.
  • Receives, evaluates, and answers customer inquiries via phone or written correspondence.
  • Exercises some judgment in handling moderately complex tasks.
  • Reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (in absence of associate s degree).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills.
