Position Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented entry-level candidate for our team. This role combines business acumen with technical proficiency, requiring the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective system configurations. You will play a key role in ensuring our systems accurately reflect business needs and operate efficiently. This position focuses heavily on developing new processes with technical solutions in the vehicle configuration space, utilizing ML and AI to quickly develop solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand business needs, gather detailed requirements, and document them clearly and concisely using techniques such as user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Translate business requirements into technical configurations within our [mention specific system] backend, including:
• Developing and maintaining configuration specifications.
• Creating and modifying data mappings and integrations.
• Implementing and testing new configurations.
• Troubleshooting and resolving configuration-related issues.
• Analyze existing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, which may involve querying databases, generating reports, and visualizing data using appropriate tools.
• Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and improve system efficiency through configuration changes and best practices.
• Thoroughly test configurations to ensure they meet requirements and function as expected. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Work closely with developers, IT support, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support of system configurations.

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable terms for non-technical audiences.

Skills Preferred:

• Java experience
• SQL experience

Experience Required:

• ML experience and implementation experience

Experience Preferred:

• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with vehicle configuration is a plus.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field.

Education Preferred:

• Master's degree with a concentration in ML is a plus.

Additional Information:

• Hybrid Position - with a minimum of 1 day a week in the office.
