Project Manager, Global NSP Partner Summit
NSP (Nike Stores Partnered) is a key distribution channel for our Nike business around the world. We rely on retail partners to serve consumers, tell our brand stories, and sell our products. We are hosting our top Global retail partners for a 2-3 day summit at Nike WHQ to align them to our brand strategies, inspire them with our vision, and connect them to our brand, product, and innovation.

The project manager will manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables to execute a best-in-class partner event on the Nike campus.
Requirements
ETW work for a seasonal event. 11/5/25 is a hard end date due to the nature of the role and its deliverables.
32 hours/week (Mon - Thurs) - typical work hours
HM open to a candidate who would prefer to be somewhat flexible on-site; fully remote wouldn t work, but if someone only wants to come into the office a couple times a week, they can make that work
PMP certification nice to have, not required
HM looking for someone with ~8 years of experience in project management, event management, event planning, or something similar
Top skills include the following:
Event planning/event management experience
Experience coordinating teams/deliverables
Great communication skills across different teams/functions
Ability to identify and highlight potential risk areas
Ideal candidate will be someone who can pivot easily between tasks and work well in ambiguity, as well as someone who proactively works to get ahead of potential issues
Previous Nike experience helpful, but not required
The ideal candidate will be someone who has previously managed larger-scale events
The main focus of this role is to prepare for a partner summit at the end of October
ETW will be working directly with both internal Nike teams and external suppliers (retail partners)
Due to the short-term nature of this role, the manager needs someone who is ready to hit the ground running
Likely only 1-2 rounds of interviews since manager is looking to have someone start as quickly as possible

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and manage workback schedules, dependencies, and tools to track project work streams
- Organize and schedule regular sessions with stakeholders to update progress and identify risks; ensure effective communication across teams
- Work seamlessly with Nike teammates and vendors to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Manage budget line items and track project spending
- Prepare and deliver regular management updates on progress, risks
- Proactively identify and successfully navigate challenges and obstacles
