Role: Infoblox SME(L3 Support) Network Lead

Location : Dallas, TX (Day 1 onsite) or Redmond, WA(Day 1 onsite)

Must Have: Infoblox SME, DNS, DHCP, VMware, Windows, ServiceNow/ITSM and Infoblox Certified NIOS Administrator (INC) or Architect (ICA)

Job Description

Required Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Infoblox SME
    • Deep expertise in DNS (internal/external), DHCP scopes/failover, IPAM provisioning.
    • Familiarity with Red Hat Linux, VMware, Windows Server OS.
    • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Certifications:
    • Preferred: Infoblox Certified NIOS Administrator (INC) or Architect (ICA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • DDI Infrastructure Management:
    • Configure, manage, and maintain Infoblox DDI systems (DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
    • Design and implement IP address management strategies aligned with DoD policies.
    • Monitor services and troubleshoot DNS resolution, DHCP leasing, and IPAM conflicts.
  • Integration & Automation:
    • Integrate Infoblox with Active Directory, network monitoring tools, and security platforms.
    • Automate tasks using scripting tools like Python and Ansible.
  • Security & Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with DISA STIGs, RMF, and other DoD cybersecurity standards.
    • Support change management, patching, and system hardening.
  • Collaboration & Support:
    • Work with network engineers, cybersecurity teams, and service desk staff.
    • Provide incident response and root cause analysis for DDI-related disruptions.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Generate technical documentation for audits and operational continuity.
    • Create reports for assessments and performance tracking.
