Description
As an IAM Engineer for our client, you will implement and own every aspect of our IGA platform (birthright access, entitlements, aggregation of access, certification access reviews, and self service access requests) across our portfolio of brands while collaborating with a team of other engineers.
This person will exemplify strong ability to identify IGA process gaps, identify and collaborate with teams required to build out new processes, and implement needed processes within the identity platform or governance tooling with direction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, feeling comfortable conversing with any level of leadership.
What you'll do:
Guide in best practices for all aspects of IGA
Translate enterprise level governance needs into actionable and implementable project work and tasks per brand
Participate in project planning, timeline and documentation for IG implementation
Assist in determining best implementation strategy for IGA given priorities across multiple teams and brand
Participate in project and maintenance work for IAM team
Participate in efforts to create, refine, and maintain policies and processes in IGA platform
Work with brand stakeholders to identify, document, implement and maintain approved birthright and entitlement bundles
Identify, prioritize and implement app provisioning or aggregation connectors per brand
Assist in Identification of in-scope apps and determine certification data required to automate and maintain access reviews and remediation
Research, guide and approve specific access requests, and work or appropriately reassign other requests for actioning
Provide end user technical support and troubleshooting on escalated process issues
What you'll be working with:
IGA platforms (OIG, Opal, etc)
Workflow configuration tools (Okta, Windmill, Opal etc)
Policy configuration tools (OIG, Opal, etc)
Self Service Access Request tools (Okta, Opal, etc.)
Okta identity platform
App access provisioning - SCIM, API, Workflows (like Okta) CSV files
Workday as a master
Active Directory
Required Skills:
Deep knowledge of implementing and administering IGA tools (OIG, Opal, Conductor One, Zilla, etc)
Advanced Okta Administration (Org2Org, SAML, SCIM, Okta Workflows) Deep understanding of attribute sources and mastering
Scripting in one or more languages (Python, Groovy, JavaScript, etc.)
Creative and powerful problem solving skills
An eye for finding areas to improve and implementation of such process and policy
Demonstrated history of extensive project management (small and large - IG implementations a must)
Strong and confident communication across brands, departments and all levels of management
Ability to coach and mentor team as well as provide appropriate and timely feedback
Required Experience:
2+ years IAM management experience
3+ IGA experience (implementing and maintaining various platforms)
5+ years in IT and Security related positions
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
