Senior CRM Project Manager to join our client's Business Development and Marketing team to help drive adoption and optimization of recently implemented Intapp DealCloud platform across the firm. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Serve as a day-to-day project lead for the firm s CRM system (DealCloud), working closely with digital, BD, marketing and IT teams;
- Manage CRM-related projects, including system enhancements, integrations, reporting tools and new functionality;
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, coordinating with IT, vendors and stakeholders;
- Drive user adoption through training, communications, and responsive support for lawyers, business development and professional staff;
- Develop and enforce data governance protocols to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of CRM data;
