Position: Lead RPA Developer

Location: Miramar, FL (On-Site)

Job Type: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

The RPA Developer/Manager/Analyst will work closely with business users to identify and implement automation solutions, leveraging UiPath and other RPA technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying RPA workflows, gathering requirements, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful RPA delivery. Additionally, you will support testing and provide documentation for process transitions.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive Developer Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT with a strong background in RPA development and automation, particularly with UiPath.
  • RPA Expertise: Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots in delivering end-to-end automation solutions.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in C#/.Net, SQL Server/MySQL, VB.NET, and Regex for building advanced automation workflows.
  • UiPath Certification: UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is a must.
  • Module Implementation Experience: In-depth experience in asset management systems and PMO functions, with a focus on streamlining these processes through automation.
  • Automation Architecture: Experience in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable automation workflows with UiPath.
  • Database & Scripting Knowledge: Solid understanding of relational databases, data manipulation, and scripting for automation tasks.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Expertise in identifying and resolving technical issues affecting the delivery of RPA solutions.
  • AI Integration Knowledge: Understanding of how to integrate AI into RPA solutions for enhanced automation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Other RPA Tools: Experience with other RPA tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Leadership Experience: Ability to manage and lead RPA development teams.
  • Project Management Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, ITIL practices, and project management standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Automation Design & Development: Analyze business processes and design RPA solutions using UiPath. Lead end-to-end development of automation workflows and implement these solutions to improve business efficiency.
  • Module Implementation Expertise: Leverage experience in the implementation of various modules, especially in asset management systems and PMO functions, to optimize business processes through automation.
  • End-to-End RPA Solution Delivery: Ensure the successful design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions. Manage the full lifecycle of RPA implementation, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
  • Business Process Documentation & Transition: Work closely with stakeholders to document AS-IS and TO-BE process flows. Provide documentation and support for transitioning processes into RPA, ensuring readiness for future stages of the project.
  • Automation Feasibility & Improvements: Evaluate automation opportunities, assessing the feasibility and providing continuous improvement recommendations based on lessons learned.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to develop and implement RPA solutions. Conduct peer reviews and provide feedback to ensure quality and improvement.
  • Problem Resolution & Risk Management: Proactively address and resolve any technical issues or risks impacting RPA implementation.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with multiple vendor teams and stakeholders to ensure that solutions align with client policies and industry standards.
  • AI Integration: Identify opportunities to incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) alongside RPA solutions to further optimize business processes.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Ensure the automation workflows undergo thorough testing and are delivered on time, collaborating with on-site teams to manage testing and quality assurance.
  • Independent Execution: Take ownership of projects and deliver RPA solutions with minimal supervision, demonstrating the ability to execute tasks autonomously.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of RPA projects and providing regular updates and presentations to key stakeholders.
