Description
As an experienced Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce commercial sales capabilities, you will help our client manage and optimize its commercial sales enablement capabilities. As such, you will use your industry insights and experience to simplify sales processes, reduce deal closure cycles and help commercial teams hit sales targets through digital technology. Main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes and process changes, relaying requirements to downstream technical teams for build and deploy functions, and coordinating user acceptance testing and training. To succeed in this role you should have strong communications skills, an analytical way of thinking and be able to quickly learn, absorb, and explain complex business concepts as well as IT enablement concepts.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify and capture business requirements
Develop business process flows and User Experience (Ux) design mock ups
Build Salesforce reports and dashboards enabling users to identify and track progress
Serving as a digital expert, identify process improvements and innovations to improve the sales and commercial processes
Analyze and document current processes, changes to processes, and/or new processes to be defined, including cross-functional impacts across business
functions.
Cascade requirements to downstream technical teams, including providing explanations as needed to build teams with continued collaboration through product launch and support.
Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
Lead meetings, e.g., business requirements review, testing engagement, etc.
Actively participate in formal presentations to a variety of management levels.
Coordinate system/user testing as required; analyze and validate testing results to gather feedback and work changes through a resolution path
Act as a reference and provide support to application users with respect to questions arising from application/functionality adoption and use.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital experience platforms, application logging, monitoring, and observability.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
The role is more process-oriented than technology-oriented, focusing on CRM strategy, defining key capabilities, and mapping out business processes. It involves directing CRM strategy, understanding business goals, and defining processes.
Must be strong with documentation - especially document business processes and asking the right questions to elicit the right requirements from the business.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
