Job Description:

We are hiring a PAM L3 Engineer to manage and support our Privileged Access Management (PAM) environment using Delinea and BeyondTrust technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and a proven track record of delivering operational excellence in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations and management of Delinea and BeyondTrust PAM platforms.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and address pain points and requirements.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams for seamless delivery.
  • Review, validate, and submit daily reports and operational deliverables.
  • Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring best practices and performance standards are met.
  • Conduct regular project updates and progress reviews with leadership and customers.
  • Drive operational improvements through automation, process optimization, and innovation.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise with Delinea and BeyondTrust PAM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of PAM architecture, integration, and governance.
  • Leadership in operations delivery, reporting, SLA management, and compliance.
  • Experience in building and managing technical teams (utilization, attrition, and engagement focus).
  • Strong background in automation initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels.
