Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, guiding implementation teams, and ensuring platform governance, scalability, and performance. Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or custom apps.
Lead technical design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
Define architecture standards, development best practices, and governance models.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Oversee and review implementation deliverables to ensure quality and performance.
Architect and manage integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.).
Ensure platform scalability, maintainability, performance, and security.
Maintain health and accuracy of the CMDB and data models.
Lead platform upgrade and release planning activities.
Mentor and guide development teams and junior architects.
