Role Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Software Engineer, responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining recordkeeping and rep-facing applications. This is a hands-on role requiring strong engineering, DevOps, and leadership capabilities.

  • 7+ years in software engineering, including:

    • Hands-on with Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA)

    • Java, Spring Boot, Tomcat

    • OIPA Config, Extensions, Integration, AS Files

  • Kubernetes (Pods, Services, Deployments, ConfigMaps)

  • CI/CD with Jenkins, Helm, and DevSecOps practices

  • SQL & NoSQL databases (Oracle, PL/SQL)

  • AWS (EKS, RDS), Docker

  • Strong debugging, documentation, and collaboration skills

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field
