Responsibilities
Partners with the Workplace Solutions and the HR Centers of Excellence (COE) teams to implement best practices in data management, architecture and reporting in SuccessFactors and other HR system platforms. Support the team with gathering business requirements, user acceptance testing for all annual processes, SAP change requests, service requests, SAP security updates, OM module (org structures changes / additions), eTime, ProUnlimited integration with SAP and BrassRing ATS integration to SAP, Sterling automation and candidate portal. Partners with the WSP team to ensure key trends are identified to make recommendations on corrective measures.
Lead administration of primary HR systems and coordinate activities required from development through production. Review and audit HR data from various sources for consistency and accuracy. Responsible for ensuring the daily payroll csv file is running without any issues. Will be required to review any issues and provide solutions to IT SAP to correct programming requirements. Perform data loads into SAP for reverse link payroll files. Responsible for converting the ADP files into a system required format using Access database or excel. Must audit reverse link files before importing and identifying potential issues with the data.
Responsible for building, supporting and automating SuccessFactors Story reports.
Manage and partner closely with IT to fix complex incidents, document and share root cause analysis knowledge within the IT, HR, and Payroll/Compensation Organizations; on repeatable issues as well as on remediation projects. Includes various company-wide integrations both internal to HR and externally.
Implement processes to regularly test, audit, and validate HR data to maintain high data quality standards.
Conduct system audits, optimize performance, and troubleshoot technical issues across various SuccessFactors modules.
Develop comprehensive test plans and scripts, performing unit and user acceptance testing to ensure expected results and troubleshoot any identified system issues.
Lead and participate in regular system release management and testing of the HRIS platform(s), introducing new functionalities to support improved systems experience, cost savings, and compliance.
Experience Qualifications
3-5 years SuccessFactors Analyst background across different modules including EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation and Reporting. Strong analytical background and excel skills.
Expert in systems thinking and ability to understand how technology can be used to solve business problems and/or to advance business initiatives and goals. required and
Must be proficient in MS Office required
