Job Details

Role:- Quality Assurance (Engineers)
Location:- Los Angeles, CA
The qualified candidate must possess the following skills and experience:
3 5 years of QA/UAT experience with enterprise applications
Familiarity with Salesforce or Clariti platforms preferred
Hands-on experience with Jira and Zephyr (or equivalent)
Able to write and maintain detailed test plans and cases
Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating across roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills . Provide UAT Execution Summary Reports (Clariti)
2. Prepare internal QA test plans and SOPs
3. Prepare Jira and Zephyr configuration and usage guides
4. Develop and maintain QA Dashboard with metrics (coverage, bugs, velocity)
5. Create and update documentation for QA Environment setup
6. Deliver monthly progress reports
