Position Type: Hourly contract Position (W2 only)

Note

Job schedule- During training, 5 days / week in office, after training (approx 3 weeks),
4 days in office/1 day WFH
Job hours-8:00am-5:00pm EST
Interview process-Virtual/ 1 round

Job Summary:
The Data Entry - 3 is responsible for supporting the underwriting process within the Wholesale Environmental group. This position is accountable for collaborating with assigned team members to achieve service objectives for the conversion of Environmental Accounts from the old UW system into the New System. The Data Entry - 3 will prepare renewals for review by the underwriter and translate data into policy registration system. Working closely with operations and will ensure the achievement of accurate conversion of data and coding.
Job Responsibilities
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures including managing electronic files, data, and records.
Experience of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service. This includes meeting established time and quality standards ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ability to establish priorities, coordinate and monitor personal work plan.
The candidate will be expected to compare and contrast year over year reports

Education/Experience
HS or GED, Associates' Degree a plus
2-3 years-of Data Entry experience
2-3 years experience in Customer Service
