Job Details

ECS is seeking a Briefing Coordinator III to work in our Arlington, VA office . Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Description:

Anticipate start is early May 2024.

ECS is preparing to provide critical support to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DAPRA), specifically to the Director's Office (DIRO). Come join our team to help maintain the technological superiority of the U.S. military.

This billet is in direct support of the DARPA Front Office. Candidate needs to provide this highest level of professional support.

Required Skills:
  • Active DoD Top Secret security clearance required.
  • ship required per contract.
  • 7+ Years experience in providing presentation support to DoD research and development organizations and senior management.
  • Functional expert with strong technical writing and oral presentation skills.
  • Must be able to analyze, interpret and translate technical ideas and issues into easily understood, clear and concise statements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests.
  • Must have good rapport at dealing with the public, customer service expertise, excellent oral/written communication skills, and excellent organizational & time-management skills.


Desired Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience working with DARPA Program Managers is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of DARPA policies and procedures highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of DoD policies and procedures highly desirable.
  • DoD experience highly desirable.
