Job Details

We re seeking an HRIS Support Specialist to assist with the ongoing management and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors and other HR technologies. This role supports both the HRIS Product team and broader HR community by ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 1 support for SAP SuccessFactors, managing tickets and calls via Jira.
  • Resolve data issues, perform audits, and manage data loads and corrections.
  • Maintain organizational structure data (Departments, Divisions, Business Units).
  • Monitor and troubleshoot payroll integration issues.
  • Create and update user guides, training materials, and documentation.
  • Deliver training and host regular Office Hour sessions for HR users.
  • Support annual HR processes (Performance, Talent, Compensation) within the system.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Experience supporting HRIS systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Familiarity with HR data, processes, and at least 2 years in an HR role.
  • Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and discretion with sensitive data.
  • Proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points For:
  • Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment, Performance & Goals).
  • Payroll processing experience.
  • Customer service orientation and proactive communication.
  • Interest in automation, AI, and process improvement.
  • Understanding of integration tools and methods.
Estimated Min Rate: $20.00
