We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with wholesale/commercial banking experience (nice to have) and agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document payment system requirements (5+ years of experience required).
- Utilize Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage workflows.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure team alignment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create product vision and translate it into actionable development requirements.
- Lead ideation and conceptualization of new products, features, and enhancements.
- Communicate product strategy and vision effectively to build stakeholder support.
- Perform process mapping and gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
Top Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with professionalism and respect.
- Strong understanding of wholesale/commercial banking operations.
- Proven experience in Agile environments, including writing user stories and bridging communication between product owners and developers.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of nCino and Salesforce platforms.
- Experience in banking or financial services industry.
