Typical task breakdown:
Work is either assigned through projects (typically in Azure DevOps) and ServiceNow.
Most efforts have some form of project update meeting or daily/weekly SCRUM.

Work environment: This is a Nashville based location. Till 2025 1 day a week continuing to 2026 will be 5 days at office.

Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required.
5-7 years related experience required.

Ability to work independently and manage one s time.
Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
Proficient knowledge of Salesforce and it s various uses

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, experience cloud etc.
Experience with software testing tools is preferred but not mandatory if strong manual testing skills are demonstrated.
Knowledgeable about SQL queries and database concepts.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Business Analysis Skills:
Strong analytical skills capable of interpreting complex data sets into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills enabling effective interaction between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders alike.
Ability to conduct requirement gathering sessions via workshops/interviews, documenting action items.

Experience Requirements:
Relevant experience in both QA and BA roles, preferably within Salesforce projects.

Required Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills with business users.
Strong collaboration with team members.
Ability to learn and apply new knowledge quickly.
