Oracle Training Coordinator
Client hiring a Project Manager/Coordinator to drive the training curriculum for an Oracle transformation initiative. We are starting the planning phase for training for our Oracle Fusion ERP initiative, Project Horizon. This Project Manager/Coordinator will be working alongside an Oracle Implementation Partner. We don t have a structured training program in place. Oracle will do some of the Super User training but internal training is our responsibility. This person will not be responsible for delivering the training (but can help with it if interested) or developing the training content but will own the training curriculum and ensure that the end users receive training.
The first go-live is in December. This is our first deployment but the overall program will last 3 years.
Required:
- Project Manager/Coordinator who can work within very tight timelines
- Oracle Fusion experience is ideal; will consider Oracle EBS experience and possibly SAP
- Proactive, can make suggestions and own/drive the process for training, can be hands on and work with a multi-cultural team
- Comfortable working in an open environment (no cubes) and able to collaborate with a team
- Willing to work onsite 3 days/week (Tuesday Thursday)
Preferred:
- Experience with an Oracle transformation initiative
- Global experience the first implementation is in Italy
