Pay Range: $136000Years - $136000Years
- The ITD Business Process Analyst, Principal will serve as the SAP Material Planning subject matter expert, representing materials team stakeholders in the overall S/4HANA Modernization program.
- This role involves supporting all project phases, facilitating cross-functional workshops, and designing integrated business planning processes to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Serve as a recognized SAP Material Planning subject matter expert representing materials team stakeholders in the S/4HANA Modernization program.
- Support all project phases, including design workshops, socialization, and confirmation of business requirements for L3/L4 processes.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to design integrated business planning processes.
- Support and coach peers through change management of future state design concepts.
- Design, configure, test, and train end users in Advanced Planning tools and S/4HANA deployment.
- Validate business requirements against documented regulations and procedures.
- Identify gaps and cross-functional design requirements, developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Collaborate with senior management to support strategic planning and decision-making across organizational processes.
- Manage major cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor of Science in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 8 years of related or equivalent experience.
- Experience implementing or working with SAP Materials Planning and Advanced Planning applications.
- Proven track record of success in cross-functional projects and teams.
- Strong change management mindset.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
- LSS Green Belt certification.
- Expertise in multiple qualitative and quantitative analytical methods.
- Deep knowledge of root cause analysis and process improvement methodologies.
- Strong business case development, influence, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Advanced project management skills with experience leading large-scale projects.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
- Utility industry experience is a plus.
- APICS CPIM (Certified Production and Inventory Management) certification.
- Bachelor s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications such as APICS CPIM or LSS Green Belt are desirable.
