Position Overview:
System One is seeking a Mechanical/Dimensional Inspector to support Holtec at their Camden, NJ facility. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position requiring hands-on dimensional inspection experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.

System One is seeking a Mechanical/Dimensional Inspector to support Holtec at their Camden, NJ facility. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position requiring hands-on dimensional inspection experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform precise dimensional inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other precision hand tools
- Measure geometric tolerances and verify dimensions per engineering drawings
- Interpret complex blueprints, engineering specs, and GD&T requirements
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain required records
- Inspect components for conformity, defects, and compliance with applicable standards
- Support quality and production teams as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma + 3 years dimensional inspection experience
OR
Associate's degree (or higher) + 1 year relevant experience - Hands-on experience with dimensional/machine shop tools
- Strong understanding of mechanical inspection methods
- Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings & GD&T
- Preferred: ANSI Mechanical/Dimensional Inspector Certification
- Preferred: VT/PT certifications (higher pay range for certified candidates)
