Position: Oracle Work Management Module Lead
Location: Hybrid - San Antonio, Texas (3-4 days/week onsite)

Position Summary & Responsibilities
The Oracle Work Management Module Lead is responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle's Work and Asset Management solutions within the utilities domain. This role ensures that the module aligns with business objectives, enhances operational efficiency, and supports the full lifecycle of utility work management processes. Key responsibilities are as follows:
Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the deployment of Oracle Work Management modules, ensuring alignment with utility-specific requirements.
- Configure workflows, asset hierarchies, and work order processes to meet operational needs.
Business Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure the module supports predictive maintenance, asset lifecycle management, and resource optimization.
Team Leadership:
- Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and field services.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and effectiveness.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure the module adheres to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on Oracle product enhancements and utilities sector trends.
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Work and Asset Management or similar ERP modules in a utility context.
- Proven expertise in utility asset management, work order processing, and field service integration.
- Experience configuring Oracle WAM workflows, preventive maintenance schedules, and resource planning tools.
- Strong understanding of utility operations, regulatory frameworks, and service reliability requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting change management, user training, and go-live readiness.
Preferred Certification & Experience
- Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management (WAM) certification.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Familiarity with GIS, SCADA, or mobile workforce management tools in a utility environment.
Prior experience leading teams in hybrid/onsite
