DESCRIPTION
Facilitating evaluation of business requirements for business application integration, service activation, delivering new or modified software systems enhancements. Experience in the development of scope, goals, objectives and business and system requirements while ensuring complete traceability to project objectives. Drive end-to-end production support incident management which includes identification of impacted areas/applications, coordinating client engagement and communication and driving the completion of root cause analysis.
Role- take a packaged application and move it into the data environment (including SSO, access), taking on testing tasks, writing complex requirements, understand the business needs & requirements, have the right attitude to work with multiple teams (business + finance)
Challenges- vendor application, vendor delays, the Testing team & the Business don't have an Adenza background and a lot of the Business Trust team are new to the organization
They are implementing and maintaining reports. They need to handle customized automation of report building. They work closely with Adenza. They support bulk upload, day to day testing. They handle a lot of customized work. There are hundreds of aggregations. They are building POC's in Adenza.
