Overview
Job Title: Enterprise Data Operations Sr Analyst
Employer: PEPSICO, INC.
Location: 7701 Legacy Drive, Plano, Texas 75024
Responsibilities
Duties: Contribute to code development in projects and services. Manage and scale data pipelines from internal and external data sources to support new product launches and drive data quality across data products. Build and own the automation and monitoring frameworks that captures metrics and operational KPIs for data pipeline quality and performance. Implement best practices around systems integration, security, performance and data management. Collaborate with internal clients (data science and product teams) to drive solutioning and POC discussions. Evolve the architectural capabilities and maturity of the data platform by engaging with enterprise architects and strategic internal and external partners. Create and audit reusable packages or libraries.
Qualifications
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or related field and four (4) years of experience in job offered or related roles OR Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or related field and two (2) years of experience in job offered or related roles. Must have two (2) years of experience with: hands on software development, data engineering, and systems architecture; Data Lake or Data Warehouse Tools; Development in Python or Pyspark programming languages; SQL optimization, performance tuning, and writing complex SQL queries; Cloud. Must have one (1) year of experience with at least one MPP database technology such as Redshift, Synapse or SnowFlake; data modeling, data warehousing, and building high-volume ETL/ELT pipelines; Azure Data Factory or Azure Databricks.
Salary: $143,458 - $165,000 / year
