Our client seeks two Business Analysts. The department is undertaking a series of system modernization and data improvement initiatives. These initiatives require legacy systems to be migrated to new enterprise platforms. These contractors will provide support across multiple domains, including data quality, user acceptance testing (UAT), and business process analysis to support these efforts.
While automated processes have corrected many issues, a significant portion of records and workflows still require manual validation, review, and process refinement. This effort is central to the client?s mission of ensuring accurate data, system readiness, and improved customer experience.
- Type of work required.Data Migration and Cleansing: Migrating address and other data from legacy systems. Automated SQL cleansing has corrected much of the data, but a substantial portion requires manual review of problematic records.
- Custom Machine Learning (ML)-Assisted Application: A custom tool that uses machine learning techniques to flag, suggest, and streamline the review of problematic records will be used to assist in completing the manual cleansing process.
- Testing and Process Support: As new modules are deployed, the contractors may participate in UAT; document and track results on issues and support business requirement validation.
- The qualified candidate must possess the following skills and years of experience in the following areas:Experience in data quality assurance and validation
- Knowledge of and experience in business analysis practices (requirement gathering, process documentation
- Experience participating in UAT for enterprise systems
- Familiary with structured data sets and data governance
- (Preferred) Experience with SQL databases, permitting systems, or address standards.
Pay range is $50 to $55 an hour.
