RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Marketing Manager IV to join their team in San Diego, CA.

Summary:
This role will drive the operational foundation for the client's innovation initiatives within the Integrated Marketing - Performance Creative team. The Marketing Manager will help manage the day-to-day creative process for active and upcoming campaigns while designing and implementing scalable workflows that integrate AI tools (Adobe GenStudio, Celtra, ChatGPT, Gemini, Motion, etc.) into production, briefing, and collaboration. This person will partner closely with creative strategists, designers, copywriters, marketers, and agency partners to pilot, document, and operationalize current and new AI-enhanced processes that improve speed, consistency, and creative quality across campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with the Performance Creative Strategy Lead and other Project Managers
* Build scalable creative workflows leveraging Adobe GenStudio and Celtra for asset creation, adaptation, and testing at scale
* Design and document AI-integrated processes across the creative lifecycle - from briefing to production, feedback, and approval
* Manage timelines and reviews of creative projects with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables stay on track
* Synthesize and organize feedback documents, ensuring all stakeholders have reviewed and provided actionable input
* Collaborate with the Creative Project Manager to update and communicate weekly project recaps and progress reports to key stakeholders
* Develop an AI-enhanced briefing system that connects insights, creative hypotheses, and asset requests across teams
* Establish a feedback and approval loop using AI summarization and annotation tools to streamline reviews and decisions
* Capture and report learnings from AI pilot projects - turning experimentation into scalable frameworks and playbooks

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong project management experience in creative production, digital marketing, or performance media environments
* Proven ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple stakeholders across fast-moving campaigns
* Hands-on experience with creative automation tools such as Adobe GenStudio, Celtra, or similar platforms
* Familiarity with AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) and a strong curiosity for exploring new workflows
* Strong familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Figma, and Google Suite
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver on key program objectives while understanding the impact on various stakeholders
* Excellent process design and documentation skills - able to visualize, systemize, and communicate workflows clearly
* Collaborative communicator who can bridge creative, strategy, and technical teams effectively
* Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills to champion adoption of new tools and practices
* Analytical and solutions-oriented mindset to identify bottlenecks, measure efficiency gains, and continuously optimize
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, experimental environments where iteration and innovation are key

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
