Job Details

Position : ServiceNow Production Support
Location : Austin Texas ( Day 1 Onsite)
Experience : 10+ Years
Type of Job : Contract : 12 Months

Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within Austin, TX , or be willing to relocate to this location.
At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology.
At least 5 years of experience in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, CSS, Oracle, PL/SQL, Unix.
At least 3 years of experience in supporting the ServiceNow Platform.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, CMDB).
Experience and understanding in Production support.
Familiarity with integration concepts (API, Web services, REST/SOAP).
Ability to work in a team environment and client interfacing skills.
Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
Analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Exposure to advanced ServiceNow modules like Discovery, HRSD, and ITOM.
Experience in ServiceNow upgrades and patching activities.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
