3+ years of experience in Data Center, Raised Floor, or Critical Facility environments
3+ years of hands-on work in a data center or equivalent IT infrastructure environment
3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Strong background in:
System Administration
Desktop Support
Active Directory
Server Support
Phone System Support
New-Hire Onboarding
Executive Support
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience supporting IT infrastructure and operational environments
Proficiency in user/device management, troubleshooting, and system configuration
Working knowledge of servers, Active Directory, telephony systems, and end-user support workflows
Ability to multitask, communicate clearly with all levels of stakeholders, and follow established procedures
Experience collaborating with support teams in critical facility or enterprise environments
Nice to Have
Familiarity with PLM tools
Understanding of ITIL practices
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
Basic networking concepts
Exposure to healthcare or large enterprise environments
Knowledge of automation or scripting to improve operational efficiency
