Required Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
Certifications in AxiomSL ControllerView, Regulatory Reporting, or Risk Management (preferred but not mandatory).
Required Skills & Experience:
o3+ years of hands-on Axiom ControllerView development (mandatory).
oExpertise in Basel III, RWA, SCCL, CCAR, FR2052a, FFIEC 031/041/009 regulatory reporting modules.
oStrong proficiency in:
Axiom objects (Data Sources, Data Models, Shorthands, Portfolios, Aggregations).
ETL processes, SQL/PLSQL, shell scripting for data sourcing.
Performance tuning (Axiom workflows & database optimization).
oExperience in APAC/EMEA/US regulatory report configurations (taxonomy reports, free-form/tabular reports).
Exclusions (Do Not Submit):
No pure Business Analysts - must have development experience.
No ETL/Database-only developers - Axiom ControllerView expertise is mandatory.
Job Description:
Lead lift-and-shift of Basel III, RWA, and SCCL modules within Adenza platforms.
Design, configure, and automate Axiom workflows, reports, and data mappings.
Develop and maintain APAC (Singapore, Australia), EMEA, and US regulatory reports (FR2052a, FFIEC).
Ensure compliance with BCBS, Fed, MAS, and APRA standards.
Work with Risk/Finance IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Provide BAU support (vendor patches, upgrades, troubleshooting).
Perform unit testing, code reviews, and migrations across environments.
Review BRDs/FSDs and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
Optimize Axiom performance (workflows, SQL queries, data processing).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication (written & verbal) for stakeholder collaboration.
Analytical & problem-solving abilities for complex regulatory reporting.
Self-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
