Job Description:
As a Functional Consultant – CC&B, you will serve as the primary functional expert supporting Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing. You will work closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, design functional configurations, support testing, and drive enhancements aligned with utility business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Functional SME for Oracle Utilities CC&B.
- Lead requirement-gathering workshops and business process discussions.
- Document functional specifications, configuration changes, and process flows.
- Design and configure CC&B functionalities aligned with business needs.
- Support the Meter-to-Cash process, including billing, payments, customer service, and credit/collections.
- Assist in the creation of test scenarios, test cases, and UAT support.
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate functional requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Troubleshoot CC&B functional issues and support enhancement deployments.
- Provide knowledge transfer, training, and guidance to client teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of Functional experience with Oracle Utilities CC&B.
- Deep understanding of utility business functions and the Meter-to-Cash cycle.
- Experience in CC&B configuration, functional design, and business process mapping.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Utility industry experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
