Job Details

Title: Director Of Applications - Qualifacts/CareLogic
Must have Qualifacts experience to be a candidate for this role. CareLogic, OnCall
Employment Type: 6 Month Contract to Hire
Location: Remote, Company in Nashville, Travel to Nashville or other locations for team meetings will be necessary 
Compensation: 67/hr before conversion to Perm/FTE/Full-Time 

Must Have experience: 

  • Experience managing a 3+ person team
  • Hands on experience with Qualifacts specifically with Carelogic (behavioral health EMR) - platform - handling tickets surrounding functionality, release management, and training
  • Experience with Qualifacts OnCall
This position will be responsible for managing a remote team of 4, with responsibilities around handling supporting and managing ticket volume. The tickets are typically centered around issues with Training, Release Management, and functionality. A candidate for this position will be expected to be a player (20%)/Coach (80%). The team is rolling out Inovalon(Qualifacts), and need help reviewing the current build of the platform and identifying inefficiencies. You will also be rolling out updates and new modules.
