Entry Level Test & Evaluation Engineer (Electrical/Electronic Testing)

Boeing Missile and Weapons System division, Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Sustainment Programs is seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Test & Evaluation Engineer to support Little Mountain Test Facility (LMTF) Radiation Labs in Ogden, UT.
This program is tasked with testing, operating, and maintaining test stand and support equipment, design test hardware, software and systems to achieve test requirements, and upgrades of a variety of test stands and methods including hardness status, data acquisition, analysis, and performance of hardened components.
Position Responsibilities:
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

- Assist in demonstrating the effectiveness of test methods
- Develops simple test procedures as well as appropriate instrumentation and needed configuration to perform the test and minimize risk
- Identifies solutions to basic problems and supports the development of metrology processes, methods, and tools
- Supports development of test debrief material.
- Participates in evaluation of test performance data
- Reviews test data for accuracy, quality, and/or fidelity prior to delivery to customer. Prepares test reports for review
- Alerts senior engineers of off-nominal data and works under general supervision
- Support the development of engineering technical data to document the configuration of test stands, equipment, and interfaces

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer
- Understanding of Electrical Engineering Concepts
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Experience with electrical instrumentation such as oscilloscopes, waveform generators, power supplies, and network analyzers.
- Experience with computer programming and communicating with hardware via software
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with National Instruments LabVIEW
- Understanding of basics of analog and digital circuit design
- Familiarity with Printed Circuit Board (PCB) layout and milling software
