We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled Marketing Automation Lead to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns using Braze. This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on development, and campaign execution to drive fan engagement and lifecycle marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized experiences across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Salary: $120K - $130K

Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Manage end-to-end campaign process: audience segmentation, personalization, QA, and deployment.
  • Build and optimize lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, retention, reactivation) using Braze.
  • Implement A/B and multivariate tests to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Technical Development
  • Configure and orchestrate complex customer journeys in Braze.
  • Develop dynamic templates using Liquid for personalization and conditional logic.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, targeting, and rendering across devices and email clients.
  • Data & Insights
  • Leverage fan profile data, behavioral insights, and predictive modeling to inform strategies.
  • Monitor KPIs and extract actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • Collaboration & Leadership
  • Partner with Marketing, Data & Analytics, Product, and external vendors to align on goals.
  • Mentor junior team members and advocate for best practices in automation and personalization.

Experience Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in marketing automation or CRM roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Braze (or similar platforms like SFMC, Iterable).
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email development and Liquid scripting for personalization.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, dynamic content, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Familiarity with data models and integration workflows.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Working knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning for CRM optimization.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON for connected content.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop for creative adjustments.
  • Passion for innovation and fan engagement.


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
